You will see the contents of your My Media area. When will I see the Coversheet? Take Note The Assignment Name is a clickable link available from the start date and time, up to the end date and time this includes the 24 hour late submission period. All times are UK time. For queries about coursework requirements – please contact your course instructor. You can download up to 24 hours following the deadline itself. Whilst the assignment is available for submission, there will be a clickable link directly into the assignment.
What is the word count policy? You will no longer be able to download a coversheet once the 24 hour window has been reached.
Review the Instructions and any files attached by the instructor. The most recent submission made will be a link under Submission Receipts – from there you will be able to check the file s you attached. If you are in any doubt submissionn the word count for your coursework please contact your module tutor.
Availability of information contained in the Coursework tab Modules which contain Blackboard assignments will be listed on this tab if you have an enabled enrolment on the module. The mark is against the latest submission you made Any text based feedback from your instructor A link is provided to any feedback documents attached by your instructor plus a MartingRecord txt file.
When an assignment is available for you to submit, it will become a clickable link on the Coursework tab in Blackboard. You will see the contents of your My Media area.

Submitting Kaltura Media or other media files to an assignment For students who have been asked to create or upload a video file using Kaltura Media, you first need to access Kaltura Media and upload or create your media file in your My Media area. Browse to attach your submission file.
It is advisable to download a coversheet in advance of the deadline in order to avoid any potential problems with access to myUWE. Even if your instructor has made the course unavailable to students, you will still be able to view your submission receipts, your marks and any feedback for the course assignment. Your faculty will track whether it was late work.

You can download up to 24 hours following the deadline itself. Please read through to the end to familiarise yourself with the changes. Depending on the size of the file, Kaltura will take some time to convert the file before it is available to attach to your assignment submission through Blackboard. If you need to attach any other files to your submission use the Browse My Computer button to find and select them.
If you need to apply under either the missed assessments or exceptional removal of a mark processes please see here for details. ONLY the latest submission made will be assessed. If you have made more than one submission to an assignment, you can select to Show Previous Submissions to see your earlier submissions. Receipts for Blackboard assignment submissions will be available on your Blackboard Coursework tab.
For information on penalties see the Guide to assessment rules. To see media which has been shared with you via the collaborate option you may need to click the filters button and tick media I can publish.
Please be aware that large submisdion may take a while to submit and it may seem like nothing is happening. How is this different to the myUWE Coursework tab? Green are Coversheet download submissions where the coursework has been scanned and receipted as on-time. Red are Coversheet download submissions where the coursework has not yet been scanned and receipted, or no submission has been made.
